Pelican Feeding on the Foreshore
30 March 2018 - 31 December 2019

Come down every day at 8.45am to experience the wonderful sight of wild pelicans coming in for a feed on the Murchison River foreshore.

Gold coin donation is appreciated to assist with feeding costs.

Arts and Crafts Exhibition

Kalbarri Art and Craft has been established since 1981, the workshop is located in Porter St, next to the Skate Park and Town Oval.

Some of the types of art produced by members are:

Kids Whiting Competition - Chinamen's Beach

Kids Whiting Competition

Kalbarri Offshore & Angling Club proudly present the Kids Whiting Competition for 2018
2 sections, 8 years & under & 9-14 years.


Fishing starts 9.00am finish 11.00am followed by prizes
Registrations from 8.00am on the beach.


Fishing permitted between Chinaman’s Beach steps & the 1st jetty.

Any fish counts. There are prizes for most, biggest, smallest
unusual, & spot prizes.
Fish must be brought to the weigh-in table alive, in a bucket of
water, it will be weighed and then released.


No nets.


Please let the kids catch the fish themselves, adults may assist
with casting, baiting, etc.


There will be quad bikes to lift kids & their fish to the weigh-station
and back - just wave one down.


$4.00 per child.
Sausage sizzle and drinks for sale.
